Institute of Business Advisers - Championing a project across the South West of the UK, promoting responsible business practice to SME owner-managers. Throughout 2007 awareness-raising events will be held as well as training events for Business Advisers
Brockworth Community Project - Contracted as a facilitator and adviser to the management committee, we reviewed the organisation's mission and purpose and realigned objectives and the business plan for 2007 onwards
The Cheltenham Playhouse - Within very short timescales, clarity and direction was brought to the management team through a facilitated business planning process and £200,000 funding was obtained in late 2006 as a result

Countrywide Farmers PLC – our feasibility study in 2005 uncovered the need for a potential new service. In 2006 two further research studies were carried out to understand brand perception and customers' views. These included a postal survey to shareholders and in-store surveys
Unity Information Systems - Working alongside the company Directors, we reviewed the organisation's identity and created a stronger brand definition
Charles Russell, Cheltenham, top 50 full service city law firm – our strategic marketing review enabled the Cheltenham office to understand some of their stakeholders' perceptions and use these findings to review and develop their marketing and corporate social responsibility strategies
Biz Ed, Bristol – discussions with key users of the service (mostly teachers and lecturers) confirmed their requirements and the extent of their loyalty, even with the introduction of a charging structure which previously did not exist
Southmead Development Trust, Bristol – a complex study of several stakeholder groups, including funders, enabled the new Chief Executive to use the findings to underpin the organisation’s ten-year strategy
Pukka Herbs – as a sounding board to the founders of the organisation in the early days, we allowed them the space to openly discuss concerns, prioritise their work and develop a strategy with the input of our independent and impartial advice
Tewkesbury CVS, Gloucestershire – through consultation with stakeholders in the district, the feasibility study into the development of a Council for Voluntary Service resulted in recommendations for the planning and development of the new organisation. In 2006, we worked with the board to submit a BASIS lottery funding application
